Everyone are the creator of our own happiness and suffering, for everything originates in our mind. Consequently, we need to take responsibility for whatever good or bad we experience.

Buddhism is not only a religion but also a science of life. Is the truth, It always aims at expounding the ultimate universal truth about human living with a view to liberation and progress of spiritual enlightenment and immunity. The Buddha taught us to manage our way of live as well in the middle part, to recognize things as “they really are”. to try to eliminate “me” and “mine”, to cultivate love and compassion among living beings, especially in the present insular society of materialism.

Finally, I hopes that, we as lay Buddhists, will follow the ways which have been found and taught by the Blessed One, so that we can achieve the goal of life with a “clean, clear light and calm” state of the mind, instead of continuing forever on the current misguided path of ignorance.

May any merits accruing form the production of this book with good intentions as a gift of Dhamma, serve to play some small path in creating well being, both individual and social in the word at large.
